Policies and Procedures
Registration requires a $20.00 registration fee for new students only. The first installment payment must accompany the registration form. Credit Card, Cash, or Check may be used for the first payment. Methods of tuition payment for the semester after the first installment are as follows:
The tuition for the full semester is based on the number of classes in that 9 month semester multiplied by the class rate and divided into 9 monthly installments for your convenience. It is not based on the number of weeks in a month. Therefore, some months might only have 3 classes, and some might have 5 classes. This has no bearing on the amount of tuition.
Proper dancewear and shoes must be worn at all times. Dancewear will only be sold in the beginning of the semester at our open house. Shoes may ordered throughout the year with orders going in on the 1st & 15th of each month.
No refunds or reductions are given for absenteeism. Due to the volume of students enrolled, we cannot offer make up classes. Any student missing 3 classes in a row will be considered terminated, unless proper notification was given. Without proper notification, the ACH payment will continue.
Studio Cancelled Classes
In the event the studio cancels classes due to inclement weather or teacher illness, the class will be given a make up day & time.
There is a 2 week termination notice that must be given in order to terminate or cancel a student's participation in class. As mentioned above, without the proper notice, the ACH monthly tuition withdrawal will continue until such a notice is given.
Fall semester classes are considered performance classes which means that participation in the annual recital is mandatory. This will entail the purchase of a recital costume.

As the parent/guardian of the registered student, I am aware that any physical movement program could result in injury and I permit my child to participate in such a program and release LimeLight Dance Studio, it's owners, employees, and staff from all liability for injury from his/her participation in the program. I agree to notify my child's teacher and the front desk staff of any physical limitations my child may have that will affect his/her ability to participate in class. I also agree to allow LimeLight to use a photographic image or video of my child (without indentification) for advertising or promotional purposes and website applications.
I agree to give a two week written notice in advance of withdrawal from classes.
As the parent/guardian of the registered student, I have read, understand and agree to the terms, policies, and procedures and will abide by the above mentioned guidelines. This statement is on the registration form that you completed and signed.
